Personalized “Walk Along” Guidance: A Christ-centered approach that provides tailored support, helping individuals navigate challenges through genuine relationships. Customized Reentry Plan: Utilizing the “Levels of Care” tool, we assist with alternative sentencing, agency collaboration, referrals, progress tracking, and opportunities like the Discipleship Home program. Support for Families and Communities: Extending resources to families, churches, and organizations to foster a supportive reintegration environment. Additionally, our Discipleship Home Residential Program offers a structured environment focused on life skills, relationships, meaningful work, and financial stability for long-term success.
